12.01.2022 Sometimes it’s just a matter of DOING IT - no thinking, no stories, no excuses - JUST DO IT!! I used to be a big procrastinator. I put every thing off until another day!! When I decided to give the Wim Hoff ice bath a go a little voice said Fran..... JUST DO IT!! So I went first & led the way! 2.5 minutes!! I’m not saying it was easy, or enjoyable or fun really but ..... I felt proud I did it & I felt amazing for some time afterwards! And I look forward to next time! ... 12.01.2022 We all need a little help once in a while right? Maybe help is not the right word? How about guidance, reassurance, OK LOVE In the year 2020 I took the plunge & joined the game of NOWISM! I’d heard about Kat Dawes but didn’t really know what I was in for. I’ve never looked back & am grateful for this precious human, her skills & all the amazing souls I meet along this NOW path. ... The game is a series of LIFE tools that are learnt & practiced when needed by the NOW Ninja group. These tools, our situations, laughs, tears are shared over 12 weeks in regular online meet ups. You’re probably thinking Fran what are you on girl?? Haha well the answer is that I am on LIFE! I still have my moments but... I am open to all the possibilities & know that LIFE is working for me & not against me. Even when I’m tested I know that things pass & my response, my thoughts, my vibe is really what creates my reality. Just like yoga - it’s not about doing the course & then you’re set for life.
