19.01.2022 Our business turns 18 today! (Trading as Billie m Hair for 10 years and Uni Plaza Hair for 8 years) 18 years ago today, I opened a small salon. It was the dream of my younger self. Life happened and finally did it as a mature age person. . I was full of self doubt, lacking confidence and worried as to how I would cope. I attended Tafe, had my days of feeling like I would pass out when exams occurred! Haha But fast forward to now, I wonder why I even worried. First an...d foremost I would like to thank all our loyal clients, without your support we wouldnt still be here enjoying our craft. The loyalty of people is so appreciated and needs to be celebrated! Weve done the hair of school graduates, their weddings and now cut their childrens hair! Its an absolute privilege to be included in the journey of your lives. We may not be on social media every 5 mins, so to speak (Im the worst for forgetting to take photos) but we are busy, having fun and enjoying relationships with our clients! I really feel all my beautiful girls here are the quiet achievers! THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts for all the support. 19.01.2022 I cant let today pass without a huge appreciation post to my gorgeous daughter Amber -youve been a constant in my life, 13 out of the past 18 years weve worked together, laughed together and cried together! Weve had so much fun, good company and genuine mateship and love I often heard the odd client say, how do you 2 work together, and you always said it was so easy. Youre right-it was, it just worked. Missed you so much when you went out west, but you have to forge ...your own path, I always respected that. Now youve had your own salon for 5 years! You are amazing and a exceptionally talented hairdresser. Thanks for the awesome work years together. Thanks for being a beautiful daughter, and always loving me. Love you forever See more

Along with our salon birthday celebrations this week, we also celebrate our beautiful Kayla, shes been a fixture in our lives for about 13 years! Over 10 years as a permanent staff member, and school work experience and school based apprentice before that. Thank you Kayla for all the loyalty and commitment youve put into ...making our little salon what it is today! You are a valued member of our salon family Weve also made lifelong friendships with you and your lovely family! We treasure these relationships Wed be lost without you! 03.01.2022 Just letting everyone know- Kayla and her husband Tony welcomed beautiful Sienna into their little family last Thursday 5th September. She joins her big brother Noah. Kayla worked at the salon on the Thursday and Sienna was born at 11.30pm that night. Her 3 week rest and nest was not on! All doing well and our BIG congratulations to Kayla & Tony
