22.01.2022 So my job keeps me on my feet and moving day in day out. As you'd expect there's a fair bit of wear on my body and build up of tension. Just had my second trigger point session with Neusa. Can't recommend her highly enough. Very happy to be getting myself back on track with an absolute professional! Have a look!

We'll hopefully have this info by close of business today. ... At this stage, all tennis coaching for 17th November is cancelled.

19.01.2022 Hi all, Just wanted to write a note to let you know that group trainings and private lessons are currently on as scheduled. Fortunately for us, tennis is a non-contact outdoors sport so the risks are lower, however it would be folly not to recognise the risks of Coveid-19. So please rest assured that:... 1. All equipment is regularly sanitised 2. A strict policy of washing hands before and after sessions is in place for all players and coaches. 3. No physical contact - keep a distance of min. 1.5m, Max 4 players per court 4. If a participant is showing symptoms or is unwell please don't attend and let us know. 5. No one is under any obligation to participate if they feel uncomfortable. Tennis is a great physical and mental outlet in these troubling times. I encourage you to get on court, if not for a rare sense of normalcy. As the HTA season come to a close, I will be publishing group information for the rest of term shortly. 17.01.2022 So over the holidays I went to Foundation Cup in Berri with the Hills Fleurieu team. It was a fantastic week, we won the 15s, runner's up in the 13s and 17s, and a solid crew got spots in State teams. Pretty amazing week with amazing, passionate people! What was also amazing was the send off I was given after it was announced that I was leaving to Western Australia. It was heartfelt, I teared up, and gave more speeches in a week than I would in a year. I appreciated everythin...g, it was indescribable. Which makes this all the more awkward........ I'm not leaving. Business as usual for the foreseeable! Very excited for the Summer 2019/20 season. And if Adam Fonfe those legends from Hills Fleurieu will have me I'd love to do it again next year.

10.01.2022 Its been a difficult time so far pondering over to what extent I could continue, but sadly I'm announcing today that all coaching operations at Stirling are now suspended. Thanks to everyone for the being a part of our programs, I'm going to miss each and every one of you. We're going to get through this, we'll take the hits and yeah, they'll suck, but we will come out the other end. 10.01.2022 Hi guys, Private lessons have resumed and will continue for the time being. I'm hoping to resume semi-private lessons soon depending on how the first couple of weeks go. Groups can hopefully follow sometime later this term. There's a new booking system, still in the preliminary stages but you can book a private lesson with me via the Book Now button.... 02.01.2022 Was great to watch these legends in action yesterday! Jake, Lachie, Benny, Callum, Georgia, Jenna and Dylan from the Hills Fleurieu Foundation Cup team earned their spots in the Regional SA State Team! This week they played the SA Metro All-Stars across the 13s, 15s and 17s and won all 3 age groups! Well done guys!
