18.01.2022 Cookie Dough Cheesecake Bites Ingredients - Billy Gs Gourmet Choc Chunk Cookie Dough ... - 250g Cream Cheese Softened - 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar - 1 Egg - 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 160 2. Line a 9-inch square baking dish with baking paper. Set aside. 3. Spread a little more than half of the cookie dough onto the bottom of the baking dish and press down firmly creating an even layer. 4. Using a stand mixer or hand held mixer, beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy. 5. Add in the sugar and beat until combined. 6. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until smooth. 7. Pour the cheesecake filling over the top of the cookie dough base. 8. Crumble the remaining cookie dough over the top. 9. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. 10. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.

You can choose from 10 deli...cious flavours including a cheese flavoured Doggie Dough for your special furry family members! How do I order? Go to the dedicated St James fundraising page: https://cookiedough.com.au/ca/5f3302420b51d71fc783cc10/view and click on the blue Order Now button. Add your childs first name and class in the contact Information section and fill in your details in the payment section. E.g. First Name: Jimmy (1A) Surname: Cricket Email: [insert parent email address] Mobile: [insert parent mobile number] There is no need for you to set up an individual fundraising page for your child. All orders are to be placed via the St James fundraising page. Most importantly, please share the St James Cookie Dough fundraising page with your family and friends via email or Facebook by clicking on the Share button so they can start buying some Cookie Dough as well. Too easy! Once ordered, your dough will be delivered on Friday 16 September 2020 (the last day of Term 3). A few things other things to note: Unfortunately, there isnt a gluten-free option and the majority of flavours have traces of tree nuts. From every tub sold, St James will receive $3.50. All money raised will go towards a new shade sail for the play area in front of the Tuckshop.
