22.01.2022 CARNIVAL WARM UP In preparation for tomorrows BSHS swimming carnival our coaches have prepared some warm up drills that will help our swimmers get ready for the days events. From 7am tomorrow our squad swimmers will have access to some warm up drills. These drills will be displayed at the end of the 50m pool for our squad kids to work though at their own pace. Whilst this isnt a typical squad session, all participants will benefit from these drills. ...
