22.01.2022 Hello Binningup Auskickers, I’m required to post the following..... Please be advised that in response to the impact that we are observing COVID-19 (Coronavirus) having on communities, and in line with the suspension of State Leagues and Talent Programs, Auskick (and Community Football as a whole) will be suspended effective immediately until the 31st May. We were due to start 2nd of May but at this stage we’ll now be starting on the 6th of June. I’ll be keeping you posted on... further updates. Thankyou See more

21.01.2022 Hi Binningup Auskickers, just wanted to give you an update on the current situation: With reference to the COVID-19 Roadmap recently announced by the WA State Govt and the WAFL and Community Football Return to Play Roadmap, we must reiterate that Auskick won't resume at least until we are in Stage 3 of the response. The reasoning behind this is as follows: -The large amount of parent involvement in-situ required at NAB AFL Auskick is not feasible under the current Return to T...raining protocol. -The amount of shared equipment involved in NAB AFL Auskick sessions is not permitted under the Return to Training protocol. -The ability to provide adequate child safety measures will prove incredibly difficult, as social gathering restrictions do not permit the large crowds that parent spectatorship/supervision would incur. -Spatial distancing and the avoidance of incidental contact may be difficult to guarantee with the game-like philosophy and move away of line-type drills in the NAB AFL Auskick program. We are still unsure if we’ll be starting Auskick at all this year. I guess we’ll wait and see and see how everyone else feels when they say we can start. Will keep you posted Cassie Anthony

19.01.2022 Carnival Time for Year 1 & 2 Auskickers This year the Auskick carnival will be held for the year 1s and 2s at the Australind (HBL) oval - round robin style on Saturday 6th of July commencing at 10am till 2pm. Binningup would love to put a team together to compete. We need 12 for the team. If your child is year 1 or 2 and available please post their name below. ... Adult volunteers are also required for the carnival to run smoothly, if you are available please comment below. Alternatively you can speak to Romy on Saturday for more details . Thanks

Being a small group, we’ve found in the past that when the wet weather is here we don’t get a very good turn out. For this reason, we’d decided not to go ahead this season but wanted to get others opinions first. Thanks Erin and Cassie

03.01.2022 Hi Auskickers, it looks like there’s quite a few wanting to go ahead. So we’re looking at starting on Saturday the 25th of July and finishing on Friday the 18th of September (evening game and wind-up at the country club). Unfortunately however, phase 3 restrictions are still in place and require us to comply with the 2sqm rule for spectators and volunteers. Also we’ll be required to take details of all people attending. We’re very much hoping these will be lifted by the time we recommence. I’ll be posting the link in the coming days to register for those that haven’t done so yet. Cheers
