10.01.2022 Lakoda Robideau performs again at ours this afternoon / evening. Come on along, wine, dine, unwind. Happy hours from 4:30pm. Lakoda Robideau is Anishnabe/Dakot...a Native American. He is nephew to Native American Political Prisoner and Human Rights Activist Leonard Peltier and son through lore to Bob Robideau, a greatly respected AIM Leader, Activist and Artist whom Lakoda pays respects to and honours with all that he does on his walk on the Red Road. As a second generation member of American Indian Movement (AIM), Lakoda is the President of AIM Australia, committed to protecting the culture and sacred ceremonies of his People. It is Lakoda's belief that NOW is the time for people from all walks of life to come together in a Spirit of sharing, understanding and mutual respect for one another, despite any differences we may have. Lakoda plays the Native American flute and sings traditional songs that takes you on a journey in itself. Lakoda follows teachings from his elders and the traditional ways of the medicine wheel.
