21.01.2022 As I hadnt seen a fb post about this and the NSW chair hadnt been able to get this meeting into the weekly australian limousin newsletter I have made this so ...that people can be made aware that the meeting is happening. I have nothing to do with the running of the meeting - I just think that everyone should get a chance to attend! Please share as much as possible so that we can get as many people there as possible.

17.01.2022 Time to look back on a busy 6 months. Lots of Thank yous to all who made the final roundup such a wonderfull gathering. To all those who made our time at Birubi so special a very sincere Thank You. To see our favorites go into great programes makes us proud and keen to watch them spread into the Industry. Time to chill out and cover some miles to spend time with family and special friends over the next few weeks prior to theNew Year. So a safe and Wonderful Christmas to you all. 17.01.2022 The date for the dispersal has been set for the 10th of November at 12 noon. Show gear will sell at 10am on the same day. Landmark will conduct the Sale and Auctions plus will be operating. Frozen genetics including over 100 embryos and quite a lot of semen will sell online on the 25th August We will not be holding our August sale this year and so our Spring bull draft will sell by private treaty from August 1st Stay tuned for more updates as we get things underway.

07.01.2022 The first Oakleigh Kingmaker female progeny to sell at auction at Lots 85 and 113. Both Homo Polled and Homo Black. Realy strong set of cattle with the success of the steers and young bull in Sydney we are realy impressed with the job Kingmaker is doing.

07.01.2022 MILLION DOLLAR CATTLE SALE More than $1 million worth of cattle has been sold in just four hours on Saturday! Annette Tynan has called it a day breeding... cattle and dispersed her well-known Birubi Limousin and Lim-Flex studs at her property near Wagga Wagga. It was a marathon auction with 245 lots, including cows with calves, cows and heifers in calf, stud sires, yearling bulls and embryos, sold in four hours. Across the board the sale averaged $3,570 and an impressive total of $1.1 million! The top price paid was $18,000 for senior sire Birubi Jupita. The five-year-old bull, from which semen has already been exported to Canada and New Zealand, was bought over the phone by Queensland stud breeder Anthony Graham. Females sold to a top of $16,500 twice. What also had the punters talking were the six month-old heifer calves that sold to $4000. The 432-ectare property "Birubi" has been bought by Moss Vale dairy farmer Murray Sowter.

05.01.2022 Didnt know at the time but it sure was the way to finish this dance. Birubi will disperse the female herd in November. Susie and myself have been with Annette and the Tynan family for 22 years and are greatfull to have had the opportunity to build a herd of cows from the ground up. Celebrate with us and take the opportunity to be a part of what we have strived to achieve in November. Rest assured there will be a lot of good cows involved and it will be memorable

02.01.2022 A big day in a set of wet yards for a change. Big thanks to the boys Pete, Jimmy, Tim, Toby, Starry, Abb and Susie of course for getting the entire draft lot branded for Saturdays Sale. Think i am about as energetic as the cat right now. Here is the supp sheet for the dispersal too.

01.01.2022 Great opportunity at the Limousin National Show and Sale to get into these fantastic genetics. The Westwood/Crafty Lady embryos we cant wait to see and the Jock/Genteel Lady G111 combination has provided us with 2 of our best heifers for 2017 out of over 100 registered heifers. G111 has just weaned an Amazing Bull calf who had the highest ADG of the 50 plus bull calves in his management group. So without reservation these are the best that we have to offer.

01.01.2022 Lot 19 Big powerful and Homo Polled Merlins half brother was Geand Champion at the National and went to SA to do stud duties.

01.01.2022 One of the Spring calvers L10 and calf sell at Lot 126 in the Dispersal on the 10th November. JYF Yieldmaster daughters are pretty special. DV Crafty Lady has a big part in this cows predictability as well.
