25.01.2022 The official awards are in. We won four for the Calliope Kindergarten and two for a Small House Design (60m2 Granny Flat) for region. We are now off to the State Awards to compete against the best out there. BKD would like to thank the Clients who gave us the opportunity to design such beautiful buildings and the builders for constructing the projects. Cheers

24.01.2022 Follow the construction process from start to finish. This two storey design located in Tree Tops Estate having ocean views is one of our contemporary style designs that will stand out from the crowd. The slab was poured last week and now waiting for the frames to arrive to site. We will post updates as the project continues.

21.01.2022 Hi All. Progress has been a little slow but the work is internal at the moment. Some outside cladding has been completed but internally the the fitout has begun. Next photos will show internal features. Big push to complete by xmas for the owners.

17.01.2022 Hello All. We have had really good progress with the house that we are following during construction. The scaffold is coming down and the external cladding is going on. Windows are in and it wont be long until the internal walls are lined with gyprock. The house is starting resemble a home. The owners have been making small changes along the way but the overall look will remain as per the design.

11.01.2022 The Calliope Kindergarten is completed and opening on Monday. Congratulations to all the team of Youngs Building Contractors for the construction, it was run efficiently and completed quickly under pressure. Well done to Natasha McLean for the design and project management, job well done. Thank you to Sam, Kristy and all the Kindergarten ladies for allowing us to complete this project for you and we hope you have many years of enjoyment.

11.01.2022 Hi All. Finally we have some good progress on the house construction. Block walls are finished, internal frames are in, floor framing for the second level is up and the second level frames have been started. Its very exciting to see when your designs start to come to fruition.
