24.01.2022 Kicked off my formal counselling qualification today. Excited to be learning something new and getting my study on! So the juggle between work, life and kids is about get a bit more hectic but I'm ready for it. As a Life Coach, you can't help but coach the whole person and with a special interest in working with people who suffer from mental health issues, I think it's really important that I have the right knowledge to ensure the welfare of my clients. Anyone else out there taken on study again, share how you manage the juggle?



21.01.2022 Who's with me?....I don't know about the rest of you but I am struggling to get my sleeping pattern right at the moment. No matter how hard I try, I just can't get to sleep before 1 am. My mind just won't shut down. Don't get me wrong, it's not all bad. In fact a lot of it is exciting, and random (!), ideas about where I want to take my business and awesome things I'm going to do with my girls when we get out of lockdown. But....it's also exhausting. Sleep is so cri...tical in maintaining you mental and physical health. It's when your body rests and repairs and when your brain has time to consolidate and organise the events during the day. So over the next week I'm going to start bringing my bed time back to a reasonable hour.....I'll keep you posted on how I'm tracking! 13.01.2022 I am super excited to be launching my new program, ‘Find Calm and Take Back Control’. I have been talking to so many women who are struggling right now. Whether it’s managing the responsibilities of juggling work and home, managing the remote learning for kids or trying to manage the stress that comes with living through COVID-19. It can all become overwhelming very quickly. So, I have developed a 4 week program, which will be interactive where you will be provi...ded with practical tools and advice along with the opportunity to share and learn with like minded women. 02.01.2022 I have had the absolute pleasure of working with this gorgeous lady as my coach, through the development and launch of my business.
