25.01.2022 We hoped we didn’t have to make this post, but here we are. Due to the recent confirmed cases in the Logan area we are stepping up our precautions. We ask that you please be patient when you enter the cafe. Being ‘in a rush’ does not exclude anyone from practicing social distancing. While we take extra precautions for the health and safety of our staff and patrons this may or may not mean things take a little longer than usual. We ask that if you are in a hurry to phone ahea...d well in advance or plan your trip wisely to allow yourself more time. The following protocol has been implemented immediately and we ask you to be honest & follow the below regulations. Do not enter the cafe if you have any type of cold or flu symptoms (yes this includes coughs and a runny nose). Do not enter the cafe if you have been in the Greater Sydney region. Do not enter the cafe if you have attended any of the places listed where the 3 confirmed cases from Logan have attended. Once more, we ask everyone to practice social distancing & use hand sanitisers provided.

23.01.2022 While we usually like to keep our posts pretty light hearted, this one is on a more serious note. A slightly longer post than usual, but important during these times. As it stands, there has been only 1 new recorded case of COVID-19 in the state of QLD in the past 24 hours. However, Victoria has reported 191 new cases in the last 24 hours alone. While we may feel protected by the land mass and border closure between the two states, we would like to remind people that this isn...'t over yet. While there are still active cases in the country, we should still be alert, but not alarmed. We are not in the interest of scare mongering, but we would like to highlight the severity to which the situation can lead to. We urge people not to become complacent during these times. We are still in the midst of a Global Pandemic. As we have seen historically, and currently within Victoria, this virus has the ability to escalate. And all it takes is one case. As a business, and as a state, we cannot fathom the idea of another lock down, we were incredibly lucky to have the support of such an amazing community to allow us to continue to operate our business and do what we love. It is not something we wish to have to experience again, with that being said as a business would like to reassure patrons we are doing everything we can to ensure the environment is safe for everyone and to minimise the risk of any transmission. We ask for your help in return. Not just as a business, or as a state, but as a nation. We are in this together and we must not become complacent. Below, we have attached some 'dos & dont's' that we think would be practical for dining out in any venue, but in particular for us. We ask that when you chose to dine in with us, that you follow these guidelines to help keep every one safe. Our staff are working tirelessly to keep up with all of the government requirements to ensure your health and safety is a priority, we only ask that you play your part and take this information on board next time you visit us. And lastly, thank you so much for the support you have shown us. We would not still be here if it was not for each and everyone of you.
