25.01.2022 Brisket beans on a tater. Damn these are next level. I’m not sure if these are supposed to be called brisket beans but damn they are delicious.

25.01.2022 We at Black Mountain BBQ would like to thank everyone in Rockhampton. What an absolute cracker of a night. Apparently brisket sundaes are very very popular. After selling a few hundred of them I guess we also agree. Brisket burgers were also very popular. We can’t wait to get into another festival now. Bring on 2020.

25.01.2022 Our sundae and mega sundaes will be available Saturday 30th November at the Rockhampton eat st market. It’s on from 5pm till 9pm. Come on down and grab a feed and watch the fireworks.

23.01.2022 The new fermented sauce range. Traffic light set. From mild to I can’t eat it, it’s to hot. The jalapeño is mildly spicy. The habanero packs a punch. The reaper is just plain deadly.

13.01.2022 I would like to thank everyone in rocky for there awesomeness and great support. Friday night at the rocky river festival was an absolute cracker for us. Didn't expect the great response and fantastic feedback we received. It was a sellout and hopefully Saturday proves to be the same. Love all you great people in rockvegas. 12.01.2022 Brisket burnt end burgers went down an absolute treat tonight. We just love those delicate delicious cubed morsels of melt in your mouth brisket on a brioche bun. Yes paleeeeeeseee.

06.01.2022 Good morning one and all. We would like to thank everyone in rockvegas for supporting us this weekend. The reviews on our page and local pages were absolutely amazing. Even the feedback was incredible. On behalf of Steve and myself we give huge thanks to our better halves Catrina and Sarah. We could never have made the weekend as successful as it was without their help and support. Thank you everyone and also thanks to the people of the Rockhampton River Festival. Have a great week and see you all next year.

On offer if we chose your name for this burger is our beef, pork and chicken rubs with a black mountain bbq bottle opener. It is layered on a brioche bun. Lettuce, lime and chilli mayo, American cheddar, smoked bacon, pulled pork with black mountain bbq sauce, another layer of American cheddar cheese, smoked mustard, pickles, smoked bacon, brisket drizzled in black mountain bbq sauce, brioche bun and then smoked bacon and cheese skewered on top.
