17.01.2022 From Monday 15th June our hours are extending to 9- 5.30 Monday to Friday, and Saturday 10 am - 1 pm to cater for those also back at work. Rest assured we are doing our part to keep away the Covid-19 virus with extra cleaning of the practice and stock. Please note we that spectacle orders are taking longer than usual to come back due to freight issues with our laboratories. Thank you for your understanding under the circumstances.

11.01.2022 As of 19th November 2020, we shall be closed due to the Circuit Breaker Restrictions imposed by the state government to stop the Covid outbreak spreading. For emergency care you will need to see Flinders Accident and Emergency Department. We will be checking our messages regularly on 8278 1523. Please stay safe at home and get tested if you have any flu like symptoms.

07.01.2022 Currently we are open weekdays from 10 am to 1 pm. To do our part currently we are not doing routine eye examinations due to the Health Department's COVID 19 pandemic recommendations. The health department has recommended optometrists limit face to face consultations to help reduce the of spread of the virus however consultations are available in case of emergencies, urgent problems, and broken glasses that you rely on to function . 01.01.2022 As of Monday 18th May we are starting to see non urgent consultations. Having said that if you are in an at risk group of a bad outcome to catching the COVID 19 virus- over 70, lung disease, or immunocompromised- it may be best still to wait a few more weeks before your eye test. Stay at home if you have any flu symptoms such as fever, sore throat, cough and also if you are still required to self isolate as you had COVID-19 or been travelling or in contact with a potential COVID-19. We are doing extra cleaning and following as best we can the hygiene requirements to keep everyone safe.
