13.01.2022 Another fantastic day in paradise... might feel like -4 this morning but a gorgeous day ahead.
13.01.2022 Despite the cooler start to the morning, the crew has left camp for another day helping the local farming community. Such a great group of volunteers here at Adelong. Each night they return with the same smiles on the faces, all enjoying the fresh mountain air and the mateship of the camp. Thanks Adelong camp for being so amazing!!!

12.01.2022 The cold is coming... Snow up above Batlow. https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=3329728030383066&id=308356632520236
11.01.2022 So proud to have a camp that has people with dedication like that shown today. Nearly snowing out there, drizzly rain, freezing wind. Yet two teams went above and beyond today to fence 600m and pull down 200m. Just to keep warm they also hung three gates. Two farmers are starting to smile for the first time in months.... Thank you Adelong crew, you inspire me beyond words.
11.01.2022 Now see what you are missing... come and volunteer at BlazeAid Adelong and enjoy a relaxing ale around the fire with views like this. Also help rebuild fences and the lives of the local farmers.
11.01.2022 Today, sadly we farewell this amazing couple, having a break before starting work in another month or two. Georgie and Ioan were the first backpackers invited into camp way back in May. They have been a shining light each day they were here. Learnt the ancient art of fencing very quickly and have done some amazing things for the community and camp. You will be missed by all. Happy travels guys.
10.01.2022 Love your work Stuart and Kristy!! https://www.facebook.com/kristymcbainMP/videos/754621425321163/?sfnsn=mo&extid=MJ9IMoB2K27SLd1U&d=n&vh=e

07.01.2022 Within a week, Adelong will be down to 7 on-site volunteers. So if you are planning on helping the district out, now is as good a time as any. We can see the light at the end of the tunnel, just need more helping hands to complete the job.
07.01.2022 Another day complete with Adelong Blazeaid camp. Many more farms to be done so if you have some time to spare, come to Adelong and enjoy a day helping us.

06.01.2022 Said goodbye to Finn the fiddle playing fencer today. Was great to have in camp, the musicians came out to play on his last night.
04.01.2022 So the camp lost the last international rock star this week, Jack headed back to Sydney after his 88 days and leave a gap in the fence building crews. Safe travels Jack. Meanwhile the work continues, so if you want to help out the blazeaid Adelong then contact us at [email protected]
03.01.2022 Things are coming together for camps reopening this Monday. Come and volunteer to help finish the job started last year. Contact us at [email protected]
03.01.2022 The cars and trailer lined up ready for a big day of work on fences for farmers. Over 200km built and just ticked over 300km of fences removed. Still a long way to go but the crew are still out rebuilding peoples lives.
