Transport workers now face the forced use of the NorthConnex toll road by heavy vehicles or face fines. Trucks will be banned off Pennant Hills Road. Transport Workers must have a cap on tolls, No New Tolls, commercial vehicle support in tough times from Transurban, legislated fairness in payment times for contracts, industry agreements that pay tolls. Government can show leadership and share the responsibility for a fairer industry to ensure all Government contracts include enforceable minimum standards and rates.
