25.01.2022 I was going through all the beautiful things I received & took away from symposium in February this year. This is the 1st farm I want to visit.....I remember standing at the desk trying this oil for the first time talking to the representative & was amazed at how beautiful, delicate & wonderous this oil smelt. I know I may not get to this farm in a hurry at the moment but its definitely on my wish list for the 1st to visit.

13.01.2022 Sometimes we can get so wrapped up in what goes around in our own heads. Its very hard to tell yourself that you are worthy. I have been giving myself some self love this week & have really enjoyed the time caring for my emotions & thoughts plus taking time to spoil myself a little. Sometimes we need to take time to nuture ourselves. I hope you think about ways you can give a little love to your emotions, thoughts & self for some happiness......
