12.01.2022 Triceps kind of day. Here are 3 exercises that you can do at home with little equipment - using bottles of water for tricep extensions and a chair for dips. Incorporate these into your regular workouts to improve functional movements such as placing things in high cupboards and getting out of a low couch.... I recommend doing 3-4 sets of 6-15 repetitions of each, regressing/progressing each exercise depending on your fitness level.
