10.01.2022 I've always been a bit of a risk-taker. The most significant risk I've ever taken was moving across the world for a better life to raise a family. Leaving my extended family and friends was hard, but it turned out to be the best risk I ever took! What about you, do you love or avoid risks?

05.01.2022 Yesterday morning it felt like everything that could go wrong, did go wrong! I woke up late and had forgotten to take the bread out the freezer to thaw. The kids had no fruit for school, and I could only find one school shoe. But here's the thing. Being a mum isn't always easy. When these things happen, I start to think like a programmer. ... Programmers use Computational Thinking to solve problems: 1. Break down the problem into bite-size portions - Decomposition. 2. What jobs can I do at the same time? - Patter recognition. 3. What is essential and what is not - Abstraction. 4. Create a plan and follow it - Algorithm. Yeah, I was late for the school drop off, but I found some rolls from two nights ago and hey, fruity bars have fruit in them. Well, we couldn't find the other shoe, so we improvised with an old pair.

02.01.2022 When faced with a problem, break it down into smaller parts and tackle each one at a time. Do the parts that you know you can do first and then work slower on the pieces that challenge you.
