23.01.2022 This is why I always check your foils multiple times throughout your appt! Everyones hair lifts at different rates so its not a set amount of time for everyone, its different for every head of hair! Cant take them off too early or your hair will be warm and not a nice clean blonde!

16.01.2022 THIS...... is exactly why I ask a million questions, and expect you to answer honestly, before I start any kind of lightening service! As you can see, putting the same strength lightener on all the hair is not going to work. On the natural regrowth near your scalp where there is no old colour present, it will lighten well, which is the yellow area in the pic. On the mids and ends of the hair in the pic where there is old colour build up present, that same strength lighten...er isnt going to work anywhere near as well as it has on the virgin regrowth because it has so many old colours to fight through, old pigment to remove from the hair which create barriers. I dont care how many box dyes youve put in your hair, Ill never encourage it, but whats done is done so now I have to get it out, but if Im not given the correct information about what is in your hair, then I cant choose the correct chemicals to remove it the best... and safest! Nobody wants melted hair because you werent honest about whats in your hair.... even though you cant see it anymore, ITS STILL THERE!! See more
