24.01.2022 Client: Last year I went on the (insert fad name) diet and it really worked. I lost 10kg in 6 weeks! Me: That's awesome. Have you maintained that weight? Client: No, I have put on 12kg since then. So here's the thing, that diet did not work, most diets don't. What you need is a healthy eating plan. One that you can maintain everyday. Not a food based cult. Just a healthy relationship with what you put in your body.... Be Better!

23.01.2022 Howzit going all! So didn't get to train yesterday evening, life happened. Here is yesterday's workout today. I will use Sunday's rest day as a workout day instead. Pictured is my makeshift chin up bar for rows. Hope you're all managing to exercise, even if it's 15 minutes a day to start. Crank up the music and dance like a wild thing for 15 minutes. Guess what? 21.01.2022 Dumbbell Curls - Do not swing the weights up, keep the form controlled throughout. I like to use a 4 second count up, 2 second flex at the top, and then 4 second down.

Maybe the trick is just to do something, rather than nothing, or just start and see how far you get. 12.01.2022 Hey all! So during this 'rona' shutdown I have been using the opportunity to do jack shit and allow my nutrition to go south. How quick does that happen? A few days becomes a week, becomes 2 months and the next thing you know "plus 20kg of flabby bits" So in the spirit of accountability I will share my home workout with you each day this week.
