20.01.2022 The Baby Room have been working really hard to keep a garden growing, and as you can see, it’s working!! The babies enjoy helping to water the garden and taking in all the smells, colours, and textures of the plants.

19.01.2022 We have been very busily preparing the Toddler and Pre Kindy Room for painting! Over the weekend the walls will be painted, so we are taking down and moving things to prepare. Such great skills were being practiced here, including fine motor skills, imitation, open-ended questioning, problem solving, patience, turn taking, and real-life skills. Way to go, team!!

18.01.2022 Thinking of all of our Blue Skies children & families as we enter the 6 day lock down. A reminder that we are closed except to essential working families. As you & your family process the information that continues to come to light please remember the little people around you are also listening & watching. You can be the calm in their storm Stay home, stay safe & we can’t wait to see you on the other side of lockdown 2.0!

16.01.2022 Happy Children’s Week! Today we celebrated with a walk in our local area to collect natural items on a sticky bracelet. The bracelets didn’t last so well but the children had a great time gathering leaves, flowers, pinecones & some of the biggest sticks ever seen Tomorrow is a Teddy Bear’s Picnic- remember to bring your teddy bear Children's Week SA

12.01.2022 Book Week- Day 5- Where’s Wally? We certainly found him everywhere today. We had a fantastic week this week & wanted to thank everyone who took part. We saw so many wonderful dress ups, shared many favourite books & engaged in many new learning experiences all based on some amazing children’s story books.

01.01.2022 Happy Book Week 2020!

01.01.2022 Today the children & educators did their best to observe 1 minute of silence at 11am for Remembrance Day. Whilst we recognize it can be a very difficult subject for them to process, we are so proud of how well so many of them managed this morning. *Some of you may even have some questions or conversations with them after this morning’s experience. Lest we forget

01.01.2022 Our Children’s Week celebrations continued today with Sports Day and a sausage sizzle lunch! We have played hurdles, bean bag throwing, and running races so far, but the lunch was the highlight of the day! One child even commented: this is the best day of my life! Thanks again to Coles at Tea Tree Plaza for donating the sausages to help us to celebrate Children’s Week.
