21.01.2022 HAPPY GRANDFINAL DAY!!! On Thursday we were lucky enough to celebrate footy day with one of the greats Jeff Farmer. The children were invited to participate in some footy drills, lots of fun was had. A MASSIVE thank you to Jeff and family!!

20.01.2022 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples cultures are valued and respected within our service. We believe learning with children will help in understanding the history, culture and spirituality of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Here is a piece of art work that the kinder 4 children engaged in to acknowledge NAIDOC week.

18.01.2022 Goodstart offering support to all volunteer firefighters across the nation Across Australia communities are rallying in the face of the nation’s worst ever bushfire season and Goodstart Early Learning is offering special support for local volunteer firefighters. We know that volunteer firees from right across the nation are being deployed, often far from home. To help support their efforts we are offering the children of active volunteer fire fighters free access to our cent...res for up to six weeks. Any active volunteer firefighter is eligible for the offer they don’t have to currently be using our centres. If you or anyone you know might be eligible, please urge them to contact their local Goodstart Early Learning Centre (anywhere in the country) to explore the offer. As the nation’s largest, not-for-profit early learning organisation, supporting our communities is a vital part of who we are. Any Goodstart centre with a vacancy, can offer support to: Any active volunteer firefighter (anyone who has been deployed in active fire-fighting or support work such as back-burning, during the current bushfire emergency anywhere across the nation) Current, casual or new families will all qualify for this offer The offer is valid for up to six weeks free access for volunteer firefighters child/children and must be used by the last day of February 2020 Families do not need to be currently using Goodstart centres to qualify

Day is a national day of action in September dedicated to reminding people to ask family, friends and colleagues the question, "R U OK?", in a meaningful way, because connecting regularly and meaningfully is one thing everyone can do to make a difference to anyone who might be struggling. Today our educators wore yellow in support of R U OK day..

14.01.2022 Week 2 renovation update.. Nursery yard: We have concrete in for our sensory path, paving has begun, the surround of our sandpit is taking shape with decking and built in storage boxes and the structure for our slide. The children are still so excited to watch the digger in action. Looking forward to next weeks progress..

14.01.2022 Such a beautiful day today celebrating Mikayla and her wish of ‘never being forgotten’. We promised her this wish at her 7th birthday and have upheld it each and every year. Today marks her 15th birthday and along with her family, we celebrated and held a bubble party for her.

13.01.2022 WEEK 1 Playground Renovation Update. So it was all go go go here this week with the yard renovation beginning. The nursery 1 yard was first up and its looking like a blank canvas currently but we cannot wait to see it transform next week. The children are also super excited to watch the 'Digger' and the 'Diggers driver' working hard. Stay tuned for more updates and photos.

11.01.2022 The sun was shining on Friday as we enjoyed a special Father's Day afternoon tea. It was great to see so many dads/special friends come along to celebrate with us. We hope you all had a lovely Father's Day yesterday :)

11.01.2022 We would just like to thank everyone who donated for our dress like a farmer day yesterday! We raised a total of $206.45. We took our donations to Coles, who have donated dollar for dollar. A total of $412.90 has now been sent to the Country Woman’s Association to help support our drought stricken farmers and their families.

08.01.2022 Nursery yard update: Today we had our first play in our new yard. The children could not wait to get out there and explore everything. The slide was a huge hit with lots of "wee's and wow's" as they went down.

08.01.2022 HAPPY EDUCATOR DAY!! Today the educators were treated to some yummy morning tea, certificates of appreciation, gifts and the best of all was reading the AMAZING emails that were sent in by our INCREDIBLE families and the feedback they have given. We are all feeling very appreciated!

07.01.2022 This is our brand new 1-3 yard. The educators and children are so excited to explore their new environment.

07.01.2022 Today our Kinder children participated in their first 'Freaky Friday Science Experiment Day' called the Walking Rainbow. The children were amazed at how the coloured water went up the paper towel and created different colours. This led into a great discussion on Primary and Secondary colours. Can't wait to see what happens next Friday.

06.01.2022 Happy Mother’s Day to all of the amazing mums out there!! We hope you are spoilt on Sunday.. even if it’s just a sleep in... Thank you to our awesome MUMS for coming and spending afternoon tea with your children.

05.01.2022 Stage one of our 3-5 yard was opened for the children today. They were so excited to run around and explore after watching the builders and diggers making it for us.

03.01.2022 Outdoor playground update... Week 3 encounted some drainage issues which are all rectified now and at the end of week 4 we are almost finished the nursery yard. The sanpit area is almost complete and Soft fall has been laid. Next week the grass will go down and plants/trees will be planted...

01.01.2022 Today we invited our dads/special people in our lives to join us for afternoon tea to celebrate Father’s Day. Was a lovely afternoon. Thank you to all the dads/special people who were able to come along!
