23.01.2022 When we see things we wish we never saw ! Structural steel posts not chemically anchored/ bolted down to concrete carrying a 7.5 metre load bearing beam with terracotta tiles on top. With two steel beams than carrying perlin struts back to centre of roof ( point being that’s a lot of weight ! ) That can very easily be lifted buy a strong gust of wind ! I beg/ plead with everyone who is willing to hire any trade not to always go the cheapest of the cheapest quote or at least do some research about what your about to do before you contract someone promising they’ll build to code ! because this is the types of things you can end up with that can lead to many different various amounts of damage or even death !
