17.01.2022 I always try to give my guests a truly Australian experience with home made slices and cakes and a thermos for tea and coffee. An old fashioned country picnic. Yesterday it was Christmas cake, carrot cake, ginger and choc chip slice and of course the mych loved choc fudge slice.

11.01.2022 Today the weather was looking pretty darn bad so I warned the clients and the tour was cancelled. How flexible am I?It was less than 12 hrs before the tour. Its quinoa and pumpkin salad, baguettes, camenbert cheese and home baked banana bread in our house today. It would have tasted nicer with a thank you from the would be guests.!

09.01.2022 A lovely morning tea in the shade outside the Wollombi Courthouse/ Museum with my Swiss guests. Unfortunately a little hot to enjoy the christmas cake, carrot cake, chocolate buscuits and almond mandarin cake with a cup of tea. A great day was had by all . Thanks to their very pleasant company. Some new cellar doors were tried . Tinklers and Girst Creek were a great success.

08.01.2022 I see kangaroos nearly every day tour, but do you think I could get one in a photo- always too busy helping guests. So I bought this. I didnt cheat! This is soooo true! Except for the last guests who were desperate for them - I stayed until 5.30 pm in the Hunter for them to get their video. There were so many we nearly ran them over!
