24.01.2022 Thanks to Ellyn and all the girls for joining us yesterday for their French Bistro Hen's Dinner! What a great way to spend an evening before the wedding in September. Classic French dishes including Creme Brûlée. YUM! Best wishes from us. X

24.01.2022 Hi everyone and apologies for the radio silence over the past few months. We have been busy cooking, teaching and writing but haven't gotten around to updating the FB Page! And we are also having IT issues at the moment so the email and website is playing up. Rest assured we are having it looked at and hope to have it all back up and running soon. As some of you know, we will be taking a well earned break for the first few months of 2017 and we are also waiting for the arriv...al of Cath's baby in the middle of December but we are busy designing our 2017 class timetable and have already put together at least 5 classes for next year: What to do with a glut of lemons Buttercream Icing Techniques Lunch in Persia French Cooking in the style of Julia Child* An Andalusian Adventure These will all been the website once we have solved the IT issues. We do hope that you will join us in 2017 for what will be an exciting and eclectic culinary journey! 18.01.2022 And.....we're back! From next week, our website will be live and you will be able to book such classes as Lunch in Andalusia, What to do with a glut of Lemons, An Edwardian High Tea (so looking forward to this one!) and French Regional Classics (sautéed potatoes, Nicoise Salad etc....yum). You will also be able to book your private classes. Thanks for all your messages over the last few months. Looking forward to seeing you all and making delicious food together.

13.01.2022 Our 2020 classes will be on the website from next week along with a new online link to purchasing gift vouchers - perfect for Christmas and Birthdays. Classes will include a Persian 1 & 2 (it's been that popular!), a Baking class for Children in the July school holidays, A Lunch in Paris and the South West of France and a culinary journey around the Mediterranean. Can't wait to see you.

11.01.2022 Hi everyone. I have decided to cancel the classes for the next 3 months. Given the current circumstances, this is the most prudent thing to do. Any and all attendees of those classes have been and will be told today and a full refund or a transfer to another class will be available. This is a trying time for everyone, so stay strong, make some yummy food and wash your hands! Hopefully classes will resume later in the year. Take care. Diana X

11.01.2022 Hi everyone and Happy New Year! Thank you for all the messages and requests re our 2017 calendar of classes. We are pleased to let you know that we are in the final stages of designing our calendar of classes and all will be revealed shortly. Suffice to say we will have an eclectic mix of classes - including French Classics, Cupcake Decorating, Easy Breads and Spanish. Stay tuned......X

09.01.2022 All of the classes that are run at the Blue Mountains Cooking School are lovely but some of the loveliest are the Hen's Cooking Classes. They are so much fun and are filled with love and happiness. Spring in the Blue Mountains is such a beautiful time of year so it's no surprise that September and October are always popular for Hen Classes at the School.
