25.01.2022 Getting ready to roll in to Kanangara Main on the weekend. Yewww!

23.01.2022 Cheers to the weekend! Check out this shot in Juggler Canyon, we had a fantastic trip there during the week. It's a dry canyon, so you can do it while it's still a bit cold and it's great if you're not so keen on getting totally wet.

22.01.2022 Summer might be over but the fun doesn't stop here in the mountains! We're coming into a beautiful time to walk the iconic Six Foot Track, a three-day/two-night hike from Katoomba to Jenolan Caves. With incredible and ever-changing scenery, delicious food and might we say, some pretty fun guides, it's a fantastic trek to experience for yourself.

16.01.2022 With temperatures across the Blue Mountains heating up we're starting to pull on the wetties again, and get to some of our favourite wet canyons. If you're up for a day of incredible wilderness and awesome fun, call us on 02 9389 0535 or check out www.bmwildadventures.com.au.

15.01.2022 We've got them all talking this month! From a fantastic four page feature article in FlyScoot magazine appearing inflight for June and July, to a snappy piece about abseiling for adventurous couples on their honeymoon on Polka Dot Bride, one of Australia's best loved wedding blogs, everyone is finding out about how amazing it is to get remote in the wilderness of the Blue Mountains.

12.01.2022 How's the view from down there? This was taken by one of our guides in Kanangra Main recently. It's challenging canyon, not for the faint hearted, but oh-so-epic. A bit of rope mastery is required, it's a long day and you need to be pretty fit. But the rewards...well they're out-of-this-world views and mega bragging rights. Bring the camera, bring the goPro, you're going to want to relive this one. PS. We cover all abilities, so check out www.bmwildadventures.com.au/canyoning for itinerary ideas.

12.01.2022 See that little speck up on the cliff face...that could be you. Descending Kanangra Main, it's an advanced canyon and you need to be fit, but wow, what a challenge! #bluemountains

11.01.2022 We've been featured today on one of Australia's best wedding websites, Polka Dot Bride, as a cool honeymoon idea for adventurous couples. Check it out here www.polkadotbride.com/20//adventurous-honeymoon-abseiling/. This puts a new spin on "taking the plunge"!

11.01.2022 Get a taste of canyoning in this little vid with highlights from Claustral Canyon. As pretty as she is tricky, Claustral tests the skills using loads of different techniques. Claustral features three awesome abseils down the face of waterfalls into the ‘Blackhole of Calcutta’. Fun jumps, decent swims (about 50m) and a few hairy rock scrambles make Claustral one worth conquering. It’s demanding and suits fit, adventurous people and being a wet canyon it’s a great one for the warmer months.

07.01.2022 Looking out over the valley, as we begin the descent into Kanangara Main. What an epic day out and only a few hours from #Sydney .

03.01.2022 We've been busy developing some new abseiling trips ahead of the Autumn/Winter season. Our new favourite, Castle Head is an absolute multi-pitch cracker, with six abseils descending from Narrow Neck Plateau into the Jamison Valley. The views are on steroids - Ruined Castle, Mount Solitary and Lake Burragorang, even a sneaky glimpse of the Three Sisters! Check out www.bmwildadventures.com.au for more info or call us on 02 9389 0535 to book yo'self in.

01.01.2022 It's almost the weekend, right? Time for some wandering through canyon floors, like this little number, Claustral. With such an ancient, Jurassic-looking landscape, it's hard to believe it's only a couple of hours from Sydney. #canyoning #bluemountains
