Even though I’d weigh myself everyday and the numbers were going down, so was my me...ntal health, and my happiness. If I could go back in time and have a heart to heart with myself, this is what I’d say: What you’re looking for is on the inside. What you’re seeking lies deeper than your appearance. What you’re wanting to experience is beyond the numbers on the scale. What you want, dear one, is self love. Make that your goal. I wish I’d made peace with my body a lot earlier and not put it through the ringer. Peace #katjohnstories
