25.01.2022 Back on our small sunroom project at bowral. Custom helix roof window install complete. 2x fixed units 1x openable this is shaping up to be a great little space. Internal walls coming out today to give that open plan feel to this unit. Very happy clients
24.01.2022 Back into for another week. This client had a water leak in a velux skylight. A roofer came and did a repair that actually trapped more water in around the skylight making it worse. Original install was done with a tile flashing kit into colourbond. We are replacing everything with custom folded colourbond flashings supplied by Vollers Sheetmetal to garuntee years of headache free use of these units
22.01.2022 Big morning with all the boys. Tile strip done by 830 and into it for the day. Thanks to purely haulage for the loan of the big truck saves downtime now velux installation and resheet going to be a massive day
22.01.2022 Decking with a difference today. Timber over concrete stairs. Once finished will have a floating effect with strip lighting under the riser and spotted gum screening on side walls Looking forward to seeing the finished project
20.01.2022 New job day. Just setting up our new renovation in angel st corrimal. Got slimline excavations onsite doing their thing. Very narrow access not a problem for them. Bulk out for pergola slab and set out for small extension. And yes the brick arches are going will make the house a lot softer from the street going to be a massive facelift for this solid old Corrimal home
20.01.2022 Giving this little original woonona cottage a face lift with chamfer LOSP weatherboard and a few neat window details will look great in a few days
20.01.2022 Big day planned here in Kiama downs. Remove the back door and window to create new stacking sliding door and servery window. All double glazed. We have some heavy lifting in our immediate future. But will be worth the hard yards once complete
18.01.2022 Framing has commenced at Kiama downs pool deck. Battening to existing rear slab and sub floor water tank installed. Everything will be concealed behind decking screens to finished yard height. This is going to be one beautiful back yard once complete
16.01.2022 Boys have been busy at Kiama setting up for this modwood deck using clevaclip system going to be an amazing outdoor area once it’s all done
16.01.2022 Different style of job today giving this stairwell wall an upgrade with Australian timber ceilings black butt lining boards. Going to look great with the freshly powder coated handrail against it
15.01.2022 That was a day braved the wind and the weather to get the job done. The harness saved me a few times. Safety first when roofing. Thinking these new flashings will get a good test tonight and over the coming week by the look of the forecast.

13.01.2022 Great to see the progress down here at Narooma at Truck-ken Thompson’s house. Painting done and scaffold down. Today we are focused on glass balustrade, entry door and cladding the front of the house. Got a few helpers let’s see how this goes
13.01.2022 Progress at our corrimal project. Had a heap of deliveries arrive today!! Roof and gutter, timber for pergolas. Windows due next week and scaffold going up on Tuesday so we can safely work on the roof
12.01.2022 And that’s the end of the week!! Just packing up now boys are happy with the slightly extended weekend and I’m going to look at 3 new projects. Big afternoon ahead

10.01.2022 Finally got a break in the weather today to get stuck into cladding on our Russell vale project. New windows by hanlon windows and cladding is cliplock colourbond all in monument great little transformation of what was a very tired run down blind side of a house. Going to look amazing once done.
10.01.2022 It’s been a massive day here finishing off to lock up for Truck-ken Thompson and Rhianna. Handrails installed on back deck. New entry door finish cladding and fascia covers. House looks brand new and they couldn’t be happier.
10.01.2022 We are nearing completion at Russell vale stage 2. Floor and stairs complete, custom made blackbutt barn door and milled up hardwood sills ready to install next week. This wasted space is fast becoming the talking point of the street.
09.01.2022 Big day today at Albion park. Ready for cladding and final roof cappings. Gyprock next week. Moving nicely hopefully this rain stays away so we can keep charging along
08.01.2022 Working with a new product today it’s a prefinished ceiling lining made from natural timber and available in a full range of colours and finishes. Watch this space
08.01.2022 It’s finally happening scaffolding is down and the finished outdoor area is revealed and it looks amazing!!! New colourbond roof on the house next week and we are out of here. I think I like it just as much if not more than the owners!!!
07.01.2022 Half time 7m3 pumped and screeded. 70% of the slab we are pouring is going to be concealed under the pool deck. This makes room for storage of pool gear, water tank and pool pumps. Also will stop any subsidence and grass growing in unwanted places.
05.01.2022 A big start to the week literally!! Removed the old worn out units and installed a huge 3 panel slider total opening width was 6160! Widest door to date. All structural steel work by Jarrad at JH fabrications and door supplied by the team at Hanlon windows great product as always
04.01.2022 Progress. Thanks to Jarrad from JH fabrication and Dave from Wollongong crane trucks. Made this install very quick easy and safe. Next step deck and roof frame. Going to come together quickly now
03.01.2022 This morning was a tile roof. This afternoon we have a beautiful trouble free colourbond roof!!! Love the transformation this has made and the countless roof leaks we have eliminated. Thanks to the boys from surf side metal roofing for the skills on the tin and slimline excavations for the truck hire whole roof in 2 loads. Cheers boys
02.01.2022 Finally back onsite at an old favourite job in kalang Rd. Kiama heights. Adding a front deck and some privacy screening. Going to be great. Waiting on the hiab for structural steel now. Going to be epic once it’s up
01.01.2022 Decking has arrived today just finishing off the last few framing details. The old upper deck had to go yesterday to make room for the new extended out door area. Crane is booked steel is coming. This is going to be one very special back yard once it is finished. We are even building a cantilevered box to house the pool cover away from prying eyes. Cannot wait to see it done.
