The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience as a handyman and must also have some carpentry skills. Duties included are:... Top to bottom site inspection and permitter, looking for and reporting defects Defects in the amenities being addressed as a priority Stocktaking of lighting and plumbing equipment Replacing globes in common areas Patching and painting walls when necessary This position is 2 days a week, Monday to Tuesday, 6am 2pm with an immediate start. Uniform is provided. This is a contract position with a possibility of becoming part time/full time depending on performance of candidate and on-site requirements.
