11.01.2022 What i adore so much about nourishing my body from the inside out is that I can keep up with my children! One of the School Mum's commented that I looked really fit (she was relaxing while I was in the middle of the climbing frame with my children, I have to be, Eli is a climber and a jumper and I have to watch him like a hawk ! Our 30 Days to Healthy Living Program has thought me so much about foods and how they can either nourish your body by choosing to eat clean or ho...w all those allergenic foods can cause such harm to your body! The whole basis of the program is changing your body from an acidic state to an alkaline state! This was foreign to me prior to the 30 Days, now I honestly love sharing the knowledge that I have learnt and adding value to as many people's lives as I possibly can and sometimes this can be one person at a time! 09.01.2022 My Dad would want me to smile again! St Patrick's Day was yesterday and it was 3 weeks ago Dad that you took flight with the angels! Our world was turned upside down in 24 hours however God had a plan for you! We see you everywhere and hear your voice, minute by minute, hour by hour you are sadly missed! We are stronger in numbers and I know you are happy knowing that I am returning to our family in June! You knew I was coming home for good this December and it is so sad t...hat you are gone from us now but I will take comfort in our treasured memories, they lift my spirits when I'm down and give me strength for my boys!
