25.01.2022 Meal Prep! One of the biggest things I hear from clients in regards to food is "I don't have time" or "there's nothing healthy near work". The easiest and obvious solution is to meal prep. It only takes an hour of my time and I have all my lunches and dinners prepped for the next few days. Then it's a simple grab and go solution. If you are woeful at cooking like me there are plenty other solutions like youfoodz or hello fresh etc. There's almost no excuse in today's society. If you want to achieve your goal, there is always a way. #bbz
