But when you exercise in a group class, there are all kinds of motivators that encourage you to continue - peer support, mutual commitment and smiling faces around you....



23.01.2022 Today I would like to thank the person who got me into fitness training. I still remember the days in the past when I constantly feel tired and demotivated, those were the times when I often get sick and always have problems, usually rotate among headaches, stomach pains, cold or flu. I don't want to go back to the terrible state anymore at all in the future, I love how I am now, healthier, prettier and most importantly more motivated and energetic. I look forward to getting up every single day and embrace the life. PS: my own experience tells me our own body healing system is more effective than the GPs, so training will be my life-long personal doctor, yay! Wish all of you could one day enjoy this benefit from your own training
