25.01.2022 Awesome workout this am with reverse diet 3weeks post comp kicking in Only gained 600g in body weight but dips squats at 80kg and deadlifts @100kg x4 being pb. Who said you can't lift heavy at 60 And you don't have to start at age 20

21.01.2022 for the last 20 weeks I have been focused on a goal to enter a body building comp before I reach my 60th birthday. However I didn't make it in time but I did 4 weeks later and cannot believe I did. It wasn't easy but once I committed I made it happen and If I can ,anyone can. When I walked on the stage I was extatic I had acheived my goal but to win Novice and my age section blew me away. and me with yes Arthritis, stretch marks from 3 kids, not so tight skin and menopause. And yes I enlisted the help of a PT once a week but my story is to motivate you . I am proof if you want something bad enough you can acheive great things.

20.01.2022 Consistency is key to building after 10 weeks of hard training and eating more often and just believing in myself and my trainer I'm loving the changes. Feeling strong and energeric

07.01.2022 I have been working on building muscle the last couple of months and decided not to do the ANB comp last weekend . I didnt think I was at my best so now I can focus on September B season Sometimes you have to step back and re evaluate the conditions and circumstances and stay true to your goal Back session yesterday was awsome and also starting the cutting phase with 16 weeks to go and about 5kg to lose
