14.01.2022 My Canberra visits seeing clients from the Duffy Studio is always a delightful time. Thank you, Brighter Beginnings Psychology in Duffy for the use of your space. A fabulous support for prepregnancy, prenatal, postnatal and families.

13.01.2022 I will be focusing on psychotherapy which is Body Centred . However, the remedial massages will be no longer available. I know sad for many. All that energy will now go into Psychotherapy and Shensomatics. This will include Radix Psychotherapy, Somatic heart centred therapy and including Yin and Hatha Yoga, Meditation, Movement, sound and colour. Watch this space. Individual sessions are available now and small groups will be available in the future.
