So what did I do - I took the advice of a friend and jumped on a Herbalife nutrition programme which literally changed my life. ... 26kg weight loss increased energy no nanna naps happier healthier now than in my 20’s no jokes I love choosing healthier food, love cooking with our fresh home grown produce and maintaining a healthy weight.
