12.01.2022 Great weekend wet and muddy conditions made it tough ! Was good to come away with another Qld title and proud to have defended it for the last 5 years !! One mo...re race to go and I officially retire from Triathlon racing . It has been a great journey starting way back in 1985 . I have achieved everything in the sport from Australian title to finishing 6 Hawaii Ironmans and not forgetting the most important part all the wonderful friends I have met along the way! To Amanda my beautiful wife who just loves racing and having fun its been great to share with you the highs and lows of this great sport . Thanks Guys!! Its been a blast!!

I was asked to share my own story to better health over the last year, which is such an honor, especially when it resonated with so many others. 03.01.2022 At Body Fit Massage , as always, our primary focus is on the health and well being of my clients and all our extended families and communities. For this reason, I am taking this threat to our health & society incredibly seriously. Taking into consideration current Government recommendations and having consulted with the Massage and Myotherapy Association (MMA), of which I am a member, I am currently still treating clients at this point. I have however implemented some addit...ional infection control measures to minimise the risk of cross contamination until this new and evolving threat diminishes. Our massage protocol has been modified to limit face to face contact and will no longer include a hand massage or treatment to the pectoral & neck regions whilst in the face up position. These regions will now be treated in a side lying position. All soft furnishings and anything unable to cleaned between clients have been removed from the studio . All door handles, surfaces, chairs, massage table, light switches etc will be cleaned between every client with an appropriate disinfectant. Our towel washing protocols remain as normal every towel is replaced after each massage and put through a hot washed. A completely fresh set is put on the table for the next client. I have hand sanitiser available and request that all clients apply this upon arrival and prior to departure. Should you wish to wash your hands with soap and water I am happy to take you through to the bathroom.
