11.01.2022 Now that it feels like Spring is arriving (so very different to the 2% last Monday which kept everyone huddled at home) ... Time to Pilates. Just one reason is good enough to pilates ... moving makes you feel good.

09.01.2022 It's been an "interesting" summer thus far. I hope everyone is rested. Time for Pilates. Classes resuming February (or sooner if I get sufficient numbers to start before Feb).

06.01.2022 Tonight is the last night of pilates for this year. Our re-start class times in the New Year are dependant upon the majority will. At the moment they will re-start in February. If this changes I will post and/or contact you all. Private lessons still available by appointment. In the meantime have a lovely festive season and be safe.

05.01.2022 NO class at 10am Monday 30th October as I will be in Tasmania for business. Monday evening classes are on as per usual.

05.01.2022 Please note that classes, for the moment, are not being held at The Aviary. They are being held at a private address - PM me for details. Classes continue well into December. It's not too late to start this year.
