24.01.2022 Good morning everyone so with the Advent of opening back up on Monday there will be a few changes. Infection control is obviously going to be at an all time high, to aid in this I have ordered some pieces of equipment that are easily cleaned after each use. Unfortunately you may not be as comfortable on the table as I'll be using disposable facehole covers among other things. I'll ask that when you arrive you leave your shoes outside and you will get a splodge of hand sanitizer to get rid of any possible nasty germs! If you have any flu like symptoms please reschedule, I need to keep my family and other clients safe as I'm sure you all will be too. I'm looking forward to seeing your faces again. 19.01.2022 Hi all, well isn't it lovely we are all getting back into the swing of things, I have definitely enjoyed being back at work and seeing all your familiar faces (or bodies lol) again. So with the Advent of the gyms opening again I know a lot of you will be hitting it hard!! Just remember it's been a little while and your body may not be in the same condition as it was before the shutdown! So take it a little easy and build back up slowly. Stretching, Epsom salts baths and massage will be your friends!! Take care and stay safe (both covid and body wise) and wash your hands lol!!

15.01.2022 Well it looks like I'm on hiatus for the duration of this outbreak. Just found out I'm not covered by insurance unless a doctors referral has been given. We all need to bunker down and do the right thing so life can get back to normal as soon as possible. Now we all know I like to chat so if you're struggling and need to laugh, please feel free to call me anytime. We all need to support each other in times like this. I keep getting asked if I'm open over the holidays and the answer is yes except for public holidays And something to keep in mind for the new year, I will be having some eye surgery on the 14th of January. I'm unsure as yet of how long I'll be out of action....I'm pretty tough so hopefully not too long lol!! So get in and see me before that time. 12.01.2022 Hi all, just wanted to jump on to quickly address the current Coronavirus situation. Obviously during a massage we are up close and personal with each other, so I am taking all precautions available and following the hygiene standards and guidelines and sanitizing as per usual. I also have gloves which I am happy to wear during your treatment if you so wish. Of course if you have been overseas, have any flu like symptoms or been in contact with someone diagnosed with coronavirus I would ask that you wait the alotted 2 weeks to make sure you are clear before you book an appointment. I will be following the advice given by the government and health organisations and if any change in business occurs I will let you all know. So stay safe out there everyone! Remember to WASH YOUR HANDS!

So I've been getting messages asking if I'm open, unfortunately the answer is 'not yet'. Due to government restrictions remedial massage is classed as non essential business in Queensland. These decisions are ever changing, so rest assured I'm keeping a close eye on the situation, and as soon as I'm able I'll be back at the table and ready to work my magic!! 04.01.2022 Well I spoke too soon...I have just now been informed that as of midnight tonight I am restricted to 30 min treatments. That means in that 30 mins I'll need to assess, treat, reassess and get you out the door in that timeframe. Obviously this is less than ideal but to knock this virus on its head we have to follow the guidelines so life gets back to normal as quickly as possible.
