06.01.2022 MEET THE TEAM @jackplenty is our Admin Manager/ Coach here at BFT Brighton. He is full of energy, so much so that he is known to loose his voice after a cardio day! He loves to motivate you and is a technique perfectionist. FITNESS BACKGROUND... I have always been involved in sport since I can remember. I was lucky enough to play some high level football which lead me to pursue down the path of the fitness industry straight out of school. Once completed my Personal Trainer qualifications, I then proceeded to do a Diploma in Health at Uni SA and a ASCA Strength & Conditioning qualification. My future plans are to go back to university and finish off a Bachelor of Exercise & Sport Science degree. BIGGEST FITNESS PASSION I have a huge passion for Strength & Conditioning, so helping people become fitter, stronger and more powerful is a massive focus of mine as well as actually educating people on why we do specific movements. This is why I love @trainbodyfit so much, I can work with any member, from the random that walks off the street, to the local football player or even the parents looking to stay fit and healthy all achieve an outcome that has backed proven methods written by our CEO Cam Falloon.
