13.01.2022 Good morning team!! We hope you are having a lovely start to your week and training as hard as always!! We want to inform you on suspension extensions. ... Please keep in mind that some of you are suspended until a certain date. Double check your emails with when that date ends. Once you have passed the suspended date, your account reactivates and money is debited out as per usual. If you would like to further suspend your account, you MUST email us prior to its expiry, otherwise our system will automatically reactivate the membership. We have received a lot of emails with people asking why money is being debited and we redirect them to our previous email with the suspension expiry date.
