24.01.2022 Hey Folks, Long time no hear from us. We hope you're hanging in there, coping, managing, adapting and living through these strange, strange days. On that note, we'd like to share a 12 month throwback to simpler days when we had the the delight of being in the Bruthen Music Recording Studio with Brent Hodgkins, working on our 3rd album, Archetype. We are still sitting on the release of Archetype (for now) and will keep you posted about any changes in that department. ... 24.01.2022 Hey folks. At last we have news to report. Yesterday, we met with Brent Hodgkins at Bruthen Music Recording Studio - aka Warrior Records. 12.01.2022 Okay, another slight diversion and parent brag here. Sascha Vanderslik, our talented daughter, lives in LA and moved there years ago to pursue her acting career. Even during the current pandemic, her light shines through. We're really proud of you honey. You are a star.
12.01.2022 Hey folks. We're finalising our 3rd Album, 'Archetype' with a release into the land of the listening in the near future. We'll give you a heads up when we're closer to a launch date, with details of where and when. Roverandout.
12.01.2022 Hey folks. Sadly, we're joining the long, long line of musos cancelling all public gigs until further notice due to the quickly changing coronavirus landscape. These are indeed strange times that we are living in. On a personal note, I've (Sharyn) been in self isolation for this week with cold like symptoms. Regardless of what this is (due to no testing), I'm taking it seriously and looking out for others by staying the fark at home. I'm slowly improving. On another note, ...our 3rd album, Archetype, is on hold atm largely due to hard hitting financial constraints (we fund all of our albums). It's sooooooo close. We'll look at our options about release and keep you posted. We might just go completely digital yet... Finally, I know you've heard this before but we want to acknowledge that this is a very challenging time for everyone, everywhere. Stay well. Follow wise health advice - please take this seriously, keep physical distance, wash hands, isolate if need be, etc but most of all, don't get stuck in fear. Fear is a natural response given what is happening but won't help. It will impact your immune system. If the news is too much, turn it off for awhile. Go for walks. Spend time in the sunshine. Garden. Take time to be still and go within. Reconnect with nature and remember to be grateful for what we do have and those we love. Keep your immune systems strong and look out for each other.
