24.01.2022 We are back team! Who is ready for face to face sessions!? On the 9th of November, we can FINALLY open our doors. Until then we will be holding outdoor sessions- in the open air. We have been locked up for so long it's time to enjoy the sunshine (or cloudy skies... it is Melbourne after all).... Numbers are limited so make sure you book in. DM us for more information. 23.01.2022 We want our studio open just as much as you do, and we need your help! We need your support to prioritise the mental wellbeing of Victorian’s on the road out of lockdown. It needs to be recognised the incredible job Victorian’s have done to demonstrate to one another the willingness to adapt and persevere over the past 6 months. We believe that for a lot of you, your physical activity is the way you manage stress, anxiety and mental health and that it needs to be prioritised... on the way out of stage 4 restrictions. Along with a group of other Victorian health and fitness business owners, we are urging the Victorian State Government to prioritise your mental wellbeing and allowing our industry to be a part of the solution by letting you return to your physical activity at your studio or gym sooner. The aim is to gain the attention of the state government so that your mental health is a topic of conversation when decisions are being made. 22.01.2022 Luke from Bodyfit Hampton has been an absolute anchor during COVID with the zoom sessions and online training! For someone who has had severe back issues being able to participate in classes and have someone make individual changes each day has been my saviour, thanks, Luke! 14.01.2022 Technique Thursday. One thing that we pride ourselves in at BFT is the knowledge, care and commitment our trainers have to you. In every session, you can ensure our trainers are helping you with the correct technique as they closely observe (in a non-creepy way ) to prevent future injuries from incorrect form. ... Being at home this can be a challenge and is why we are unpacking the lunge so you know what ques to look out for and continue getting stronger whilst being away from our studio.
