06.01.2022 Tonight I went grocery shopping like I do every Tuesday after work. The shelves were bare as my twins and I wandered through looking for our usual things. The boys questioned what we might do? So we got creative for our dinners this week. We talked to each other as well as others as we shopped. We laughed and just enjoyed the creativity of our meal plan. I hope everyone is keeping positive. Remember to smile as it can be infectious and may help others to see that it can be ok.

04.01.2022 YES WE ARE STILL OPEN... Following the federal announcement last night may have left people unsure if we will still be massaging. We area health service facility and therefore fall under health related. Meagan and I will continue to work as we have many clients who rely on us to keep them physically able to work (health practitioners, truck drivers, trades and many more). We also have clients that rely on us for medical reasons that are booked in on a continued basis to just... get through every day life. All our normal health and safety procedures will be in place with added measures on top. As of tomorrow we will be locking our doors in between clients. We will restrict our reception area to a 1 on 1 basis to keep all people as safe as possible. All doors, benches/tables and chairs will be wiped over in between each client. Meagan and I will be staggering our appointments so that we will not leave a room at the same time. We request that if you are unwell, been in contact with someone who may have the coronavirus or travelled overseas in the last 2 weeks that you reschedule your appointment please! Anybody needing Kinesiology support in this time I am willing to book a chat via facetime to help in these uncertain times. We are taking this 1 day at a time and will keep everyone up to date with what we are doing. Stay safe and we hope to see you all happy and well moving forward.
