21.01.2022 May marks 12 months since I decided to remove all of the chemical nasties from our home. Why... its just not necessary and too many of them cause disease and illness which I want to avoid. I still cant believe its only been 12 months since I made the change! It took me so long to figure out that what you see on the shelf isnt necessarily good for you. Oh and by the way, the things you are buying that cost more in an amber bottle with green la...belling stamped with Organic, those too are full of chemicals, they are just hidden. Lots of mums and their babies joined us for an epic FIT MUMS session followed by a workshop with local Womens Health Physiotherapist discussing the pelvic floor @wisdomphysiopelvic What was evident from the session was just how important it is to look after your pelvic floor and seek help if you have any concerns. ... Its also important to choose a trainer who has qualified in pre & postnatal exercise to limit injuries. 06.01.2022 : Breakfast has to be quick as I have limited time in the mornings. I normally have my breakfast after I get back from my 6AM classs and in between FIT MUMS, so its a bit of a rush. These pancakes take no time at all, even with the morning madness. Give them a try and let me know what you think ...
