19.01.2022 This is so true especially as we are coming into the busy part of the year.. Please take some time and ask yourself why are you doing what your doing, is it because you want to do it or because you feel like you have to do it, out of expectation or fear of judgment. I know I truly struggle with this at times. I often hear myself saying I have to do it, ..I don’t want to let them down, ..I am expected to do it, ..they need me ..... How many times a day do you say that to yourself ? I know I say this lots of time’s and it’s exhausting It’s great to be able to do all the things we do but let it not come from a place of guilt or because you feel like you have to. Be true to yourself and honour yourself, know your limitations, yes we have limitations, we are not machines.. although sometimes we think we are Take sometime for yourself everyday! Without GUILT .. yes without GUILT!! The world won’t fall apart if you spend some quality time on yourself in fact you are making a choice to make the world a better place and the people around you by honouring yourself and being kind to yourself Be the change you want to see in you and the world Have a wonderful week and remember to smile often Much love always Maria
