24.01.2022 Attn 24/7 members.we are having trouble again with the automatic system. We are extremely sorry about this and we are in the process of finding a suitable replacement. Please pop into the gym whenever it suits you and George or Mandy will explain to you the interim system while we get a new one in place. Thank you for your patience

21.01.2022 Attention 24/7 members: We have had to update the electronic key for the app on your phones and unfortunately that means you’ll need to be setup with the new one.George will be at the gym between 8-10am on Saturday morning for you to come in and get it done. 11.01.2022 Just to clarify for those of you planning on using the gym this week..Masks are recommended to be worn when entering and exiting the gym but not whilst exercising. Social distancing must be adhered to and we are limited to 1 per 8m2. It is also a requirement that there is no socializing in the reception area unfortunately. Hopefully everything will go back to normal soon and we’re really looking forward to getting back into it tomorrow

11.01.2022 Just a reminder the gym is only open from 6-10am and 4-7pm each day this week. Friday we are open 6-10am and then closed for the remainder of the long weekend. Normal hours will resume Tuesday 6th and then the 24/7 system will start to be implemented in the following weeks

The gym will reopen June 3rd and the beauty salon June 9th It’s been a long time without your smiling faces and we cannot wait to welcome you back with open arms (well 1.5m distance open arms actually) To celebrate we are going to give one lucky person a FREE 6 MONTH gym membership! Hannah Nixon has just started her new hair salon in the same spot where Zante Hair was (at the back of the gym) and it looks beautiful! 06.01.2022 And we’re back!! As of Wednesday 28th July the gym can reopen we can’t wait to see you all again and we’re crossing everything that this is the last lockdown we’ll have to endure
