17.01.2022 Body Transformation Inner/outer thigh. This was 1 session but in all fairness this client trains 5-6days and 1-2 hours per day and adheres to a strict nutrition protocol. However she wasn't seeing results for her thighs. ... She felt her thighs were getting bigger as she trained more. She stuck to the elimination process of body therapist before her first session and produced the result you see in this picture. She wanted to reduce her inner/outer thighs, define her legs better and get rid of knee fat at the joint. We used a method I coin as V scrapping. This is a combination of Contouring, Vacuum and Skin Tightening scraping in a downward motion towards the knee creating the letter V. This method creates a tapered in look at the knee. Whilst the procedure is non-evasive the Vacuum portion can be intense, uncomfortable and a little painful that subsides quickly. That being said the pictures show a result the client was happy with. 01.01.2022 Clinic opened this week and these past few days had me wondering? WHY the hell do we CHOOSE to live in pain with out addressing it early? WHY does the world t...hink a pill will help take the pain away (when all pills do is inhibit neuron messaging of said pain) But only to realise you feed your body shit for an extended amont of time and then rock in to see me and hope I can undo your poor choices? 90% of the time your issue is simple. You stuffed up your connective tissue to the point where your body can't feed areas properly and pulls your skeletal in directions it shouldnt and you as an individual already have terrible habits in overuse of accessoires and is often increased during times of immense pain all because of a magic pill that serves to send you down a hole that you CHOSE People say to me you fixed me..there is NO secret to my method, its been around for centuries. Cupping Therapy works but its what you do after you leave me that counts. There are 3 things I teach after my treatments and maybe 1% will listene and that 1% is armed to teach there body to heal naturally (because ironically our bodies have the capacity to heal itself, but like all things needs a helping hand). 1) Feed your body leafy greens and oily fish, green juice, hydrate. 2) Keep to an alkaline diet for at least 24 hours or more 3) Apply my assigned stretches.
