22.01.2022 Congratulations to both Kara and Marion for smashing through the start of their training! Both ladies were "complaining" because their pants no longer fit and they had to buy new pants! Both have lost 3kg's and 2kg's respectively!! Massive inspiration and a great start!... This is all just through our effective, fat-burning exercise sessions, Kara hasn't even started to look at nutrition yet! Great start by both girls, if you want the same results really quickly, come to Bodytone Belgrave and you can complain too about shedding inches and buying new clothes ;)
