07.01.2022 A week of neurologists & naturopath appointments ahead. Am savoring this time in the sun on a winters morning! The last two days I have sipped ginger tea (warm water & grated ginger) ate Dahl & snacked on celery, cucumber and apple . ... Just eating when I feel & listening to my bodies needs. I haven’t missed many of the other foods and have felt quite nourished and content. I’ve also been journaling in the mornings, it’s amazing how much writing things down helps get stuff out of your head and allows my headspace to feel lighter ! Have a great week
