17.01.2022 FREE COMMUNITY EVENT - EMERALD PCYC Good Vibrations Part 1 - Saturday 6th October Is a fun exciting day designed to increase mental health awareness and well-being through fun hands on workshops information sessions, live music and of course food. Fun workshops and activities include, Aboriginal art, indoor plant potting, crafts, self-massage, group fitness and child friendly activities. Refreshments will be available all day with BBQ lunch served at 1pm.... Guest Speakers to speak on; the benefits of exercise, stigma surrounding mental health, the wheel of well-being and youth mental health/anti-bullying. There will also be a time to share personal stories and listen to other peoples experiences with mental health and well-being.
